On occasion, a volunteer attorney requests the assignment of a volunteer paralegal to assist him or her on a direct representation case, in which case we will contact a volunteer paralegal seeking this type of assistance.

Paralegals who have demonstrated training and experience in the area of representing individuals in administrative hearings concerning public benefits may be assigned a case through our program.
